Wild Patagonia

An Exhibition by Ian Christiewild-patagonia_in-text_

This photographic exhibition features rare and unusual images of plants, like bright cushion violas, captured by Ian Christie, former president of the Scottish Rock Garden Club, during a recent trip to Patagonia. This unique exhibition, which runs until the end of the season, offers a rare insight into the flora and fauna of this high altitude landscape. Entrance free with Garden entry.

Plant Hunters

Hunters History

The Plant Hunters were not just botanists, they were adventurers and explorers. They had to be tough to survive the conditions they faced in far-flung corners of the world. They survived shipwrecks, sieges and slavery and battled with pirates, escaped convicts and hostile natives.
