CAMERON F. COUTTS  is a graduate of The Glasgow School of Art, he spent over 30 years in Art Education and now paints and frames pictures full time. A past member of the Guild of Railway Artists and The Royal Society of Arts he now works mainly to commission. Working mainly in watercolour and acrylics, Cameron’s subject matter is wide ranging and can be seen on the following web pages. His work has achieved critical acclaim and appears in Public and Private Collections in the UK and abroad. Cameron has lived in Perth since 1968.
